Production with JLD is an extension of development continuing our Function First method.  Deliverables should align factory, product, and market capacity.  Syncing all elements toward a common goal is how we make less waste and produce more products with a long life cycle. 

We rarely take on production, if we have not been involved in the product development.  In fact, our development package includes a test production run and refinement period; followed by the product launch.  

JLD-studios is set-up for small batch production.  Our production lines are flexible and knowledgeable to handle complex products.  Working with us is not about getting the lowest price.  We focus on speed and quality to get to market faster and prove the concept.

All garments are cut and sewn in our Portland, OR facility.   As a small studio we may not be your long term big batch manufacturer, but we strive to be your #1 resource to launch new innovative products.
